Assessment & Diagnosis
This one time session will be to assess your original injury and the severity. A history will be taken to determine the cause of the injury and any other etiological factors. We will evaluate acute conditions that happened post-injury as well as chronic injuries and any potential underlying conditions. This session is $100.
Treatment & Therapy
After we have discovered the problem, then we can get to work on treating them with the various tools at our disposal. The frequency and duration of your follow up appointments will be decided in you care plan at your initial visit. $50
GMP Member
This is to be able to utilize the evaluation and treatment services whenever and how often you like. You will have full access to the clinic and the therapeutic services at your leisure in addition to a mobile app where your home exercise program can be accessed along with 24/7 communication to our athletic trainer via text communication and telehealth visits. $220/month
Exercise Prescription and Nutrition Planning
An initial consultation will need to be conducted to gather information about the client and determine goals. The client will determine what forms of exercise are preferred and any dietary needs. Then a follow-up session will be held where the plans are discussed and the client is handed a hard copy of their plan with instructions on aerobic exercise, anaerobic exercise, weightlifting regimens, and/or their nutrition guidance. $100
The original Exercise Prescription and Nutrition Plan will be for a 6- month long period and a follow-up session will need to be scheduled to reevaluate goals and reassess the Exercise Prescription and Nutrition Plan. This is to ensure optimal results catered to where the client and decrease risk of plateauing or burnout. $75
Pediatric
If you're under the age of 18 you can come in and recieve evaluation and treatment as often as the care plan indicates that is decided on by the clinician and your parent/guardians. A guardian must be present at all appointments for the duration of the appointment. $50
Walk In
If you need care sooner than you can schedule and appointment you're welcome and will be seen as soon as we can. We understand emergencies happen and we want to be available to assist you when you need. Maybe you just didn't get around to scheduling, that's OK, walk ins are welcome. $75
Custom Orthotics
At Gold Medal we believe everything is connected and having a good foundation is the best place to start. We offer custom made for you orthotics. $200
Corporate Partnerships
